Lauer Insurance is now a three generations family business, serving families like yours.
Established in 1963, Lauer Insurance was founded by Earl Lauer. Earl’s work in the Agency built up the reputation for fair and honest customer service with dedication to his clients’ needs.
In 1981, Earl’s son, Mike Lauer, took over the agency and has been leading the company for the last thirty years. Mike has continued to build on his father’s emphasis of customer service and has established his own reputation of integrity. Mike’s open door policy with his clients created an office atmosphere that is welcoming and friendly.
Mike’s daughters, Rebecca Lauer-Flaten and Mary Lauer have now joined Mike in the Agency providing for future succession. Rebecca and Mary each bring their own personality and experience to the business, adding a new dimension to customer service. In the years ahead, Rebecca and Mary will help carry on the tradition of dedication to customer service with the same honest and ethical business practices as their predecessors.
