A 2003 graduate of Winona State University with a degree in Finance. Rebecca began her career after college in banking, but in 2004 she happily returned to Eau Claire to join her father in the insurance agency. Rebecca is married to John Flaten, a middle school math teacher, and has 2 boys, Andrew and Alex. Both boys came to work with Rebecca for the 1st 8 months of their life.
